Description: The Master Plan of Highways and Transitways (MPOHT) is an amalgamation of updates to the transportation network specified in each area, sector, and functional plan throughout the county. The master planned bus rapid transit routes GIS layer is a subset of the MPOHT.A log of updates is included below.1/23/2018The following transportation elements of master plans have been incorporated into this GIS layer:White Flint 2 (December 2017)Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Area Minor Master Plan (December 2017)Rock Spring (December 2017)Additionally, planned BRT alignments in the White Oak Science Gateway and Ten Mile Creek areas are now properly reflected. Unnecessary fields have been removed for clarity.Symbology:New symbology has been introduced for clarity. In general, solid lines are the mainline route for a bus rapid transit corridor, while dashed lines are alternative routings.
